  • The Authentic Neapolitan Recipe from the Pizza Chef
    For the workshops, we use authentic Italian ingredients as required by the official Disciplinare della Pizza Napoletana.

    We will use Italian stone ovens that reach temperatures of up to 500 degrees. This is essential for baking true Neapolitan pizzas.

This original pizza workshop is led by Joseph Lezameta, an Italian pizza baker from generations past and founder of De Pizza Chef Catering. He considers preserving and protecting the authenticity of his culinary traditions to be very important. That’s why he will do his best to share the original recipe as it is made in Italy.

Terms and Conditions

If for any reason you are unable to attend, you may always have someone else take your place. Please inform us in advance.

If no one takes your place, the following cancellation policy applies:

Up to 3 weeks before the reserved date: no cancellation fees
Less than 3 weeks before the reserved date: 50% of the participation fee will be charged
Less than 1 week before the reserved date: 75% of the participation fee will be charged
No-show without notice: the full amount will be charged
