The art of Neapolitan pizza makers is part of Unesco Intangible Cultural Heritage. We only select 100% Italian superior raw materials, approved by Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, the Italian association that promotes and protects the authentic pizza and its cooking method.
Dough is leavened over 48 hours, while selected cured meats come from Umbria, mozzarella and tomatoes from Campania, hams and Parmigiano cheese from Parma.
